Trozza was born from the inventiveness of a passionate olive grower and the techniques made available to him by the oil mill of his Bozaring farm in Hafouz, Tunisia. The result is an exquisite, organic extra virgin olive oil that is integral to the entire region and in relation to the biodiversity of the orchards.

Grown in a region where the seed has flourished for thousands of years in fertile soil created by three mountains: Mount Ousselat, Mount Trozza and Mount Serj, Trozza olive oil retains most of the natural flavor and aroma of an organically grown olive variety that is very rich in polyphenols, which are becoming increasingly important due to their beneficial effects on health.
The Trozza olive oil is an oil that in relation to the biodiversity of the orchards giving varieties of organic and flavoured oils in 100% natural extracts namely ginger, pink pepper and nigella.
