Trozza was created in 2020 by the initiative of an olive oil enthusiast and the techniques made available to him by the oil mill on his Bozaring farm in Hafouz, Kairouan which is located in the center of Tunisia.


Behind these mountains, much of what the world has forgotten remains intact and passing from generation to generation. Trozza has witnessed long histories of humanity and has taken its roots growing on the tip of its branches a fruit that concentrates in its essence a history of many centuries and millennia past.




Exclusively growing in the region where the seed blossoms in a picturesque natural landscape and fertile soil produced by three mountains: Mount Ousselat, Mount Trozza, and Mount Serj, Trozza olive oil is exquisite, organic and extra virgin.



Trozza olive oil is extracted by a cold-pressing method to prevent its natural elements from being altered by exposure to high temperatures. It is considered the best simply because it retains all the natural flavor and aroma of a variety of olive, including Ouesleti from Kairouan, Chemlali from the Sahel, and Chetoui from the North, all recognized for their excellent qualities worldwide.



Our olive grove preserves the timeless qualities of ancestral olive oil. Moreover, it can be considered as a living metaphor of a preserved region: olive oil that extracts pride, authenticity, and a thousand-year-old blend of wild fauna.



Throughout the year, the olive growers of our selection travel the world and win medals, prizes and awards. Prestigious recognitions that rank our organic olive oils among the best in the world. In fact, Trozza has been awarded 4 gold medals in the international competitions 2021: London, New York, Japan and Canada and a bronze medal in Germany.
